These terms cover your use of Springy, an AI phone-answering service operated from Melbourne, Australia. By using the service you agree to them.
Springy answers calls that your business can't get to, captures the caller's details, and sends them to you by text or email. It is a backup line — it does not replace a human receptionist, and it does not book appointments or quote prices unless separately agreed.
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, as it depends on third-party platforms and carriers. Springy is a safety net for missed calls, not a guaranteed emergency service. For life-threatening emergencies, callers are directed to triple zero (000).
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue arose. We are not liable for business lost through missed calls, callbacks you didn't make, or third-party platform outages.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
